Wyoming has more than 47,000 veteran residents. Wyoming veterans may experience financial difficulties from time to time, as in other states. Sometimes people can experience financial difficulties due to a lack of work or inability to find a good job. It can be stressful if they are unable to pay their bills every month. There are grants available for veterans in Wyoming that can help people get back on track.
Grants are not like loans and don’t have to be repaid. Grants are considered a gift that can be used to aid in difficult times. The federal government funds most of the Wyoming grant programs. You must have a low income to be eligible for these grants. Grant programs can be used to help people pay rent or food costs, as well as pay utility bills.
