Missouri has two Nonprofit Allies. Below is more information for each ally.
Network for Strong Communities
The Network for Strong Communities offers leadership development, training, and consulting services for nonprofits in Missouri and Southern Illinois. NSC was established in 1996 as a 501(c)3 organization, and a statewide board of directors currently leads it. It is their mission to empower nonprofits to make lasting social change in order to strengthen communities. NSC programs are designed to inspire both established and new leaders in nonprofit organizations. They offer workshops, webinars, roundtables, and leadership programs that address the growing needs of the sector.
Their vision is for all community stakeholders to be able to work together and create change.

Nonprofit Connect
Network. Learn. Grow.
Nonprofit Connect is in charge of connecting the Kansas City nonprofit community to education, resources, and networking to help organizations achieve their goals more effectively.
They are a regional association that supports individuals involved in managing nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit Connect currently boasts more than 5,000 professional members representing over 600 organizations, including local, regional, and national nonprofits of all sizes, and businesses and community funders.
The organization also offers professional development programs, nonprofit management resources, and regional nonprofit job boards.
Nonprofit Connect was established in 1976 to bring together community and business leaders, foundations, and nonprofits. This has allowed them to strengthen their organizations, and make a positive impact on Kansas City’s future and the nonprofit sector.
