New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits

The NH Center for Nonprofits, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit statewide association, is dedicated to offering resources and programs that support building the capacity of nonprofit organizations. It also partners with sector leaders, businesses, and the wider community to raise the status and visibility of the nonprofit sector.

Their Role

Relevance is a core operating value of the Center. The programs and advocacy they offer must be relevant to what is required currently in order to support the growth, leadership, and impact of the nonprofit sector.

Convener

Gathering colleagues from all parts of the sector to foster unity, transfer knowledge, and advocate collective action. This includes bringing together for-profit business and government partners with nonprofit leaders to strengthen relationships, gain greater insight into the interrelated roles each plays, and to work together to address mutual concerns.

Catalyst

Fostering innovation, growth, and change in the nonprofit sector through creating and leveraging opportunities; communicating and clarifying the impact and role of the whole sector; building a united voice and inspiring engagement in a sector-wide advocacy and policy development.

Collaborator

Working with diverse stakeholders to be the voice of the nonprofit sector regarding the issues affecting it: the wellbeing of families and economic vibrancy of the NH; collaboration with the media, business, and the philanthropic community to increase visibility of the sector and foster partnerships for collective impact.
