Mission Capital has been serving nonprofits in Central Texas for over 20 years. Now, with a race equity driven mission to create a regional sector that is equitable and resilient where all can prosper. Through collaboration, leadership development, strategic consulting, customized training, and pushing the limits of the sector’s culture, they start the progress from within individuals, cultivate community, advance the resiliency of organizations, and maximize the potential and impact of the nonprofit sector.

They aim to create a Central Texas where everyone can thrive, where leaders feel empowered to raise their voices, and where organizations can fulfill their missions. Also, where their networks bring an equity lens to a collective community vision. There are three goals that they focus on:

  1. Eliminate the racial disparity in leadership in the Central Texas social sector.
  2. Improve organizational resilience and sustainability.
  3.  Strengthen and expand the capacity of collaborative networks.

Mission Capital provides a variety of services, from individual to collective. They offer individuals knowledge, skills, and connections, as well as assist teams build organizational resilience, and work with key stakeholders to bring about cultural shifts within the sector.
